Neill Technical Services has been taking on and developing apprentices since the company was formed and we receive many applications every year from school and college leavers looking to start a career with us. Many of our apprentices have gone on to have very successful careers with Neill Technical Services.
Every year many of our employees go through a range of leadership courses – aimed at improving management and leadership skills at all levels of the company, and to help identify and fast-track our brightest stars.
